Thank you for this. My voice consistently comes and goes and was one of my earliest PD symptoms, but of course I didn't know the root cause for several years. I do presentations and lead meetings at work so suddenly not having my voice is extremely frustrating. I look forward to exploring the things suggested here.

Great podcast and information. I’m getting frustrated with people not understanding what I say.
I wish you could present this to the ENT in the Medical group I'm in. He told me when I saw him that my age was the cause for my voice disappearance.
