- The new Roland GO:Mixer Pro-X is here! This is the latest addition to Roland's GO:MIXER series which now comes with even more features for getting professional audio anytime, anywhere! This compact 9-channel mixer is perfect for the musician or content creator on the go. The GO:MIXER PRO-X mixes multiple sources of audio simultaneously down to a stereo output for live-streaming and recording.
In this video I'll do an unboxing of the GO:Mixer Pro-X as well as review and test the sound by recording straight into Garageband on my iPhone.

Great review! I just ordered a GMPX. I was in New Orleans back in June when I realized that I didn't have the right mixer for my needs. This gear is so portable and feature-rich that it should take care of those situations. I appreciate your insights; you sound great, btw!

This is awesome! I just got one. I’ve been thinking of using it for live streaming my performances but I didn’t even think about recording into GarageBand. I’ll definitely have to do that when I don’t want to drag my computer around. Definitely got a subscriber out of me! Keep up the content!

I heard the headphone jack also works with headsets, making it a good choice for zoom calls or similar, especially if you want to play an instrument during the call, even with a backing track.
Yup!! I actually found that out after I had released the video, very convenient in all fronts.

Hello lovely channel: Here is my Gear...
An acoustic Martin D18 guitar with a K&K mini pickup installed. A SHURE beta 87a phantom powered mic. A STOMP BOX made by ORTEGA and a Fishman Loudbox Artist amplifier.
Here is the question; I know the GO gives a dry signal, would it be a better idea to use DIRECT LINE IN LINE OUT and connect the amp to the GO? Would I then need to monitor with my headset in my amp or monitor with my headset plugged into the GO? Would the settings on my AMP have effect on the sound,...I mean is for example chorus and echo noted while monitoring? And the other question: Will my iPhone use the build in mic also when plugged in the GO?
Hola , acabo de comprar el roland go mixer pro x, cuando lo conecte vi que no recibia señal, busque información y me di cuenta que no era compatible con mi teléfono, es un samsung s21 ultra... compre el conector Jack de 3.5 mm como dice en las instrucciones y allí si lo detectó pero cuando conecto mi guitarra electroacustica el sonido que llega es débil, sin fuerza, como con ondas... me gustaría saber que sucede?... gracias.
