I have used the appam maker twice and it's working fine. I don't think it'll break or anything. I have been told that cast iron appam maker is better. You can try those as well

Knife sharpener is not good at all. I had purchased and had a very bad experience.
Glass containers with metal lid is completely waste, because after 6 months the lid will emit rust .. And the coconut scrubber is very difficult to use, in one hand you have to rotate and with other hand you must hold and move the coconut titely.. it will cause pain to your hands
I have been using similar glass jars for 2 years. I haven't had a rust problem since I always keep them dry. I was looking for budget options hence they were perfect for me.
