I think your statement is pretty good except you seem to be limping all politicians together. It was the Maga crowd, together with Donald Trump, who increased our national debt by 33% while giving billionaires immense tax cuts. They also tried repeatedly to repeal the affordable care act, which not only helps people access health care in ways that reduce the burden on taxpayers, but also helps small business by relieving them of the need to provide insurance for their employees. I think Kamala Harris is looking at the economy as a whole. Investments for people at the bottom of the economic ranking can lead to great improvements in the economy because they are going to use those investments, which in turn will provide benefits for others. The working poor and lower middle class stamp to spend money and every dollar spent can lead to $5 to $10 in economic benefits. When wealthy people get money they tend to invest it, which has a much lower impact on the economy.

I believe VP Harris plan is a good starting point. Kamala Harris's three-pillar economic plan, while ambitious and potentially beneficial, faces several challenges: 1. **Affordable Housing and Homeownership**: - **Funding and Implementation**: Securing the necessary funds and efficiently implementing the construction of three million new housing units could be challenging, especially in the face of bureaucratic hurdles and potential opposition from local governments or stakeholders. - **Housing Market Dynamics**: The effectiveness of subsidies and increased housing supply in reducing overall housing costs depends on various market factors, such as land availability and construction costs. If not managed carefully, these measures might not lead to the desired reduction in prices. - **Local Solutions Management**: Allocating the $40 billion fund effectively requires coordination with local authorities, which could be complex and vary in success based on local governance and priorities. 2. **Price Regulation in Grocery Stores**: - **Defining Price Gouging**: Establishing clear and fair criteria for what constitutes price gouging can be challenging. Without precise definitions, enforcement could be inconsistent or contested. - **Impact on the Food Industry**: Price controls and penalties might lead to unintended consequences, such as reduced supply or higher prices if producers and retailers face financial pressures. - **Legislative Hurdles**: Implementing a federal ban on price gouging may require new legislation, which could face significant opposition in Congress, potentially delaying or complicating the plan's execution. 3. **Healthcare and Medical Debt Relief**: - **Cost of Expansions**: Extending insulin price caps and lowering out-of-pocket prescription costs for all Americans could significantly increase government spending. Funding these initiatives may require substantial budget adjustments or new revenue sources. - **Medical Debt Cancellation**: Expanding medical debt relief involves negotiating with various stakeholders, including states and healthcare providers, which could be complex and time-consuming. - **Child Tax Credit Adjustments**: Restoring and expanding the child tax credit requires legislative approval and could face opposition, impacting the speed and extent of implementation. Overall, the success of Harris's plan hinges on effective funding, legislative support, and careful management of market impacts and stakeholder interests.

Every time the government just gives money away, it ends up in the economy doing poorly and the costs of goods and services going up. And when you raise the minimum wage, then small businesses either go out of business or have to let go of workers because they can't afford the rise in the costs of running the business. Fixing the costs of goods, a communist notion, doesn't work because if prices are set and it costs more to produce a good than the price is set at, then people will quit producing it. @@reekinronald6776But at the same time the guy has no assurance that he’s always gonna make $100,000 let alone $10,000 He also works under the stress of being easily replaceable, because you don’t have to be *that* special to work a job like being a waiter. Sure, someone making 6 figures has to pay up 24%, but they’ve qualified for the job and have enough stability in their life because it’s a salary. The second people don’t have tipping money anymore, the waiter’s income dries up. The biggest upside to the way Trump would implement the no tax on tips proposal is that he’d lower everyone’s tax rates anyway, which should mean that more people in the working class who work for tips can benefit from the generosity of the general public way more by being able to comfortably keep the extra cash they make on the job. Heck, they might even be able to find extra “tip money” sitting around which would give them a healthy boost if they’re barely scraping by anyways. More people working for “tip money” should also improve the quality of customer service jobs too, which could encourage people to be on their best behavior (but that’s just wishful thinking) And when people can freely declare their tips in full trust that they won’t be taxed, the economy can show another dimension of growth which can play out quite well in the long run.

Always has been
I believe VP Harris plan is a good starting point. Kamala Harris's three-pillar economic plan, while ambitious and potentially beneficial, faces several challenges:
1. **Affordable Housing and Homeownership**:
- **Funding and Implementation**: Securing the necessary funds and efficiently implementing the construction of three million new housing units could be challenging, especially in the face of bureaucratic hurdles and potential opposition from local governments or stakeholders.
2. **Price Regulation in Grocery Stores**:
- **Defining Price Gouging**: Establishing clear and fair criteria for what constitutes price gouging can be challenging.
3. **Healthcare and Medical Debt Relief**:
- **Cost of Expansions**: Extending insulin price caps and lowering out-of-pocket prescription costs for all Americans could significantly increase government spending.

If there isn't a way to pay for it, like people pay into social security, then it is a give away and it will drive up the costs of things. They sent out checks during covid and then the costs of goods went up. This is especially true with family farmers and small businesses, who can't afford to lose money without their own families going hungry.

The HOUSING MARKET NEEDs to bring these house Prices down ❤
They are ripping PEOPLE off.
Realtors and brokers are the ones ripping you off. That and corporations buying up properties so they can supply investors with REITS.
Nobody is getting ripped off. Houses sell at a price the local market dictates. Supply and demand. If homes weren't selling the price would go down. If homes are too expensive where you live consider relocating or getting a second job.

Grant Gadone, the man that suggest you buy a $150,000 car and write it off as a business expense. Even Grant’s examples are laughable. The $25,000 is a tax credit. It’s not to provide a down payment. Grant is lying to make it seem as though that’s its intent. Yes, the home buyer must come up with a down payment and be able to maintain and pay for everything associated with owning a home going forward. But that tax credit will help the new home owner in the first few years of ownership. Grant loves the tax benefits he receives through his business operations. But believes any tax benefit for the little guy is a waste of money.
And the Build Back Better and Infrastructure Bill have been a huge success. Don’t listen to Grant.
Actually, Grant recommends you buy a passenger vehicle that weighs over 6k pounds because you can write off the whole thing! Anything under 6k pounds, you can only do this with a lease.
@@thediplomasta5891
You have to have a business to write the vehicle off from. The average person does not have such a business. And can only do that for so long. If you don’t make money running a business after a couple of years that business becomes a hobby.

Does that mean my house is worth $25,000 more? No way this is good. No tax on tips just as stupid or worse.
Did you like tax on tips when trump said it?
True. I knew someone who worked at a rather fancy restaurant. He was bringing close to $100,000 a year, mostly in tips. So this guy gets a tax free income, and others doing something else have to give up 24% of their income or more? Honestly, politicians will always f**k things up to get elected.
Down payment reduces the mortgage payment, has nothing to do with the value. My God you should have stayed in school
@@XYZAudiioget your facts straight trump said no taxes on tips and he said it on June 9th 2024 !!!
@@reekinronald6776But at the same time the guy has no assurance that he’s always gonna make $100,000 let alone $10,000
He also works under the stress of being easily replaceable, because you don’t have to be *that* special to work a job like being a waiter.
More people working for “tip money” should also improve the quality of customer service jobs too, which could encourage people to be on their best behavior (but that’s just wishful thinking)
And when people can freely declare their tips in full trust that they won’t be taxed, the economy can show another dimension of growth which can play out quite well in the long run.
