So funny how she didn't realize she had won when they announced the winner...she was ready to walk away..what an amazing and powerful voice..my favorite song she sang was....desperado!!! She tore that up!!

ok folks so lets just put this out there to answer all your questions. After my radio interview with her this is what ive taken from it 1.Melanie didn't Recieve a full 5 million dollars in cash/funds it was a recording contract which meant the money was really only spent on things music related . 2 in 2013 LA Reid and sony decided after the pop route didn't work with her and they didnt know what to do with her they dropped her from Epic records and took the contract away from her, so she's independent now, so labels get at her .3 she wanted to do real music and not the pop "don't fail me now" BS they had her singing, and when she rebelled and said she didn't wanna sing that kinda music anymore LA Reid probably got upset because she was questioning his direction and dropped the poor girl from the label. 4 she broke up with that leech x boyfriend from x factor Trace Kennedy. yes she is an amazing singer we all know that, but the industry is tough and this poor girl has definitely been through it. she needs her fans and people that believe in her now more than ever. I hope God helps this young woman. Being independent in this industry is hard as hell and because Sony took away her contract she has no money to really push her career, everything probably comes out of her very own pocket and from investors who believe in her and put money behind her which isn't much to get her out there. In all, everyone who reads this and supports her, the best way to help is to continue to support her , buy and listen to her music , keep up with her social media, and as long as she doesn't give up she'll make it . sorry peeps, i'm finished now! I really believe in her, she's so sweet. I got a chance to interview her for my small radio show here in FL and she's so cool and down to earth.
