First off, I’m not sure what the legal policies are for sponsored skaters and making videos… somehow, i think there prob. aren’t a lot of codes and regulations that cover this… It is DEF. an unfortunate moment, but this kinda thing is relatively rare… what’s common is for your board to get run over and broken, and believe me, nobody stops to see if ur ok.. and i’m pretty sure at least once somebody swerved to intentionally run over my board. The issue, is obviously “is the biker ok ?” and hopefully they were both cool- That kinda thing could DEF. turn into a nightmare with the wrong attitude on either side… Accidents happen all the time on busy streets- somebody opens a car door w/o checking their side mirror and puts a biker in the hospital or worse. Skaters gotta be careful and respectful, but this doesn’t mean people shouldn’t skate- or bike , or drive… it doesn’t mean anything. It happened and let’s hope it was dealt with respectfully.🤷🏻

Nike is liable same as the skater is. Yes the biker should sue Nike.

Where is the argument that Im responsible for what happens to others or their when we all realize and accept the risks and dangers of society? Move away from the beach if you dont want your house flooded, look both ways before you cross the street, have your house checked by an electrician, dont start fights. My idea is to understand that there is a risk of losing everything and being prepared to deal with it myself because who else is realistically going to help me?
