As someone with a vertigo disorder, I’ve wondered this same question. I’ve never been the person who gets nauseous from motion but in 2019 when I couldn’t get out of bed, sleep, or move my head from one position for a month straight because I was so dizzy. I passed out countless times and I can only guess I was one of the dizziest people to ever live when I lived that entire month

i did an experiment like this as a kid and found out that (for me) spinning dizziness plateaus around 11 seconds of moderately fast spinning. anything after 11 seconds seems to have negligible effects
