Garlicky Dill Pickle Sauerkraut (plus some time in the garden)

Today we spend a little time in the garden. Then we use the harvested dill to replicate my favorite store bought sauerkraut. It's a little untraditional, with garlic, dill, and a thinly sliced cucumber.
