Govind karsh sorry for late reply ap sabzi banane se pehley apne dono hands me mustard oil ache tarah se laga ley phir sabzi ki cutting karey aur cutting karne ke baad dono hands ko ache tarah soap se dho lay isse itching nahe huge 😊
