Steve, I like the outdoor shoot with action running clips. Also, welcome to Colleen. I’ve enjoyed the Vongo V5 but dislike the lack of a fully gusseted tongue. Did they change that in the V6 and does the plate give any spring back or just provide stability?
Hi Steve, i am close to finishing my Vongo V5 and liked it a lot although it was a bit to narrow in 2E for me. I love the change to 6mm on the new one but i am on the fence between the Vongo V6 and the Gaviota 5 (i think Kayano is to much of a drop for me, i am also running in altra paradigm 7), can you compare these 2 or give me your tip? :)

Vongo V6 looks great. We need a dual density stability shoe with Fuel Cell on top of firmer FFX.
There’s a fuel cell “walking” that’s similar to the vongo V6

Feels like everyone is ditching the post for stability. Curious to see how well it does vs something like the Altra Paradigm.

I love the Vongo 6 but it is hot. Any recommendations for a similar shoe that lowers the heat?
