First I download high quality images of the game or any images from different but related games if I cannot find any high quality images I use free online image upscaler tools to enhance the image after that I then edit the image through adobe photoshop on pc like adding the steering wheel icons and pedals etc and adjusting the brightness and contrast of the image that's what I did.
