Very nice! Your answers were helpful indeed. I like so much your attitude and style, dude. You always make me see running and life in a very optimistic way!
That's awesome Ernie G so glad the channel makes you feel that way and your great support and lovely comments do the same for me 👍 It's support and comments like yours that make all the time and effort we ut into the channel worth while so thank you so much 🙏😊
Yeap it really didn't look that far! If I'd had time I'd of just cracked on but I'll definitely go back soon and finish it off 😂 Thanks for watching the channel I hope you enjoyed it 🙏
@@Run4Adventure always enjoy your content. Your runs on the SW coast path make me jealous. I love the hills and trails of the West Yorkshire Pennines where I live but there's something special about the SW coast path. My father in-law lives down near Falmouth and I always look forward to a coast path run when we're visiting. 👍
@@BanjoStu That's great Stuart really glad you're enjoying the channel and thanks for the support! Cornwall is a stunning place to live and run but the Pennines isn't a bad place to run 😊 It's funny how we get use to where we run and when we see somewhere that's different we long to get out their and run 🏃 I'd love some big climbs like you have in the Pennines, all the climbs here are short and sharp! All we need in Cornwall is a 1000m mountain summit and it would be the perfect place to live and run 😂
Happy Anniversary! Liking these videos Loyd where we see some great scenery and you do Q&A and also tips on nutrition, racing etc. Nice one! My question.... Pause or not Pause? When on a run and you stop for photo/pit stop/gel or crossing roads, do you pause your watch?
Awesome Paul really glad you're enjoying this content 👍 It's great fun making them that's for sure 😊 It depends, if I'm filming I just let my watch run and never stop it. If I'm training I don't stop to take pictures! I'm training 😂 If I'm held up for to long then I would pause it a part from that I just let my watch run 😊 Thanks for watching and your support 🙏
I have tried this. We were parked in our campervan near the dam. I spent all evening looking at the lake and gace it a go in the morning. I ran all but the last mile or so. It feels awful when you are half way round and can see the start, but you have a big lake in front of you. My ViewRanger app made it 12.3 miles around.
Yeap it's a big old lake! 😊 I would've carried on but I didn't have time! I will definitely go back soon and run the whole way round 👍 Thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
Thanks Roland really glad you enjoyed it 👍 Yeap sorry I didn't make it all the way round, it's a flipping big lake! 😜 I'll go back and finish it off one day 😊
Yeah the SG3's were a fantastic shoe! I felt the same, super comfortable over any distance. Fitted my foot shape so well! Unfortunately I really don't feel the same way about the SG4's 😔 Thanks for watching the channel it's really appreciated 🙏
No worries Mark thanks for watching 😊 The shirt was from a brand called DOXA and the short where by SAYSKY. Both great kit, their's videos on the channel where I've reviewed both brands if you want to find out a bit more info 👍 Hope this helps 🙏
Happy anniversary... for a month ago!
Thanks Richard that's very kind 👍
Thanks for watching 🙏
The beginning B Rollie of the van and camp spot was the stuff of legends. Happy Anniversary!
Thanks Swift bug 👍
Really glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching and thanks for the "happy anniversary" its really appreciated 🙏

Haha, the perils of a run around a lake. Done that myself, only looks "about 6 miles around" turns into 12 miles. 😂

Bought myself some poles for the coast to coast last year. Brilliant bit of kit 👍🏻
They sure are Mad dog running! A lot of people knock them but I think they really help in the environment 👍

I do love the Speedgoat 3 for long stuff, they're spot on when you need that bit of help out on the trail, comfy, cushioned & for me a great fit 👍🏃
