The white part is PVC pipe bolted to the wooden base, I bought this ready made on eBay but I can't find the company anymore they seem to have disappeared, it was a whole arch but not wide enough that's why I use the tent pole at the top. Tent pole is made from fibreglass, it's in sections so you can adjust to size needed.
