Love&Light LG it could but will need a base that can hold it. Honestly when i did it for my friends mom event i just went to walmart and bought those tall lamps for $10-12 .. then used it for the balloon column. Take off the top and you got yourself a column stand. This one here was one we already had for a while in the office .
im here how to tie the balloons together like im glad im starting a day or 2 two ahead because i'm stressing its my first time and its my daughters 21st birthday and my balloons are not giving the balloon shape and im doomed im determined to make it work. thanks for the tutorial.

San Bell lol no I’m not , I just love to decorate ! But I didn’t have a specific measurement .I kinda just eyed it with my eyes . I guess large enough where it wouldn’t pop and you can be able to tie it up . 😊
I am a professional balloon decorator and those balloons are over inflated. It looks way better and lasts longer if you let air out to have a round balloon instead of pear shaped.

The ballon machine can be purchases at party city store. The Polls were from home depot I think. We had always had it in the office

I made a rainbow swag that was huge for pride month and it stayed inflated indoors for a month and a half..lol
