ICC arrest warrants against Israel and Russia's offensive in Kharkiv

In this episode of The Source, we interview journalist and international law and human rights lawyer Dimitri Lascaris on the International Criminal Court's (ICC) arrest warrants against Israel and Hamas. We also assess the international reaction and the double standards of the West, which supported the ICC when it came to the indictment of the Russian leadership, but undermines it when it comes to Israel. We also evaluate the significance of the recent recognition of the state of Palestine by Spain, Norway and Ireland. A country which send its citizen to jail, because they don't want to be part of the army, is not a democracy. In my country, Switzerland, you can do civil service, if you don't want to do military service.
