His regular form would be as strong as ultra instinct, SS1 form would be 10x stronger than ultra instinct plus kaioken x10, SS2 form would be 50x stronger than ultra instinct plus kaioken x100, SS3 form would be 100x stronger than ultra instinct plus kaioken x500. Super sayen God form Goku would be a little bit strong then Zeno's, SS Blue form Goku would would be 10x stronger than Zeno's, ultra instinct form Goku would be 100x stronger then Zeno's plus kaioken x10
You should do combine power up for Goku for what if purpose what if Goku got his Potential Unlocked By Shenron+ Plus Born with Mystic Potential Unleashed Transformation By Elder Kai. Take both ideas from two what it's Mystic Potential Unlock Unleashed two Potential power ups mix together. Hmm... what if goku spent the time to fully train his base to keep up with the humans? By the middle of super, krillin could marginally keep up with ssb goku with a bit of trickery, and same with Tien. If his base matched them, his forms would be much higher.
