I forgot how much of a war this fight was. Too bad Lamont was a roided up cheating piece of shit. Khan should have edged the decision here. But that referee was definitely corrupt. Infact, this is the same referee who disgracefully officiated the Prichard Colon vs Terrel Williams fight and he let Terrel get away with dozens of rabbit punches which led to Prichard Colon ending up in a vegetative state. The only two fights I've ever seen this referee officiate and here he was corrupt against Khan and in the other he was corrupt against Colon.
Peterson keeps coming in with his head down. I would push him too.
Amir has amazing technique. Great hand speed and footwork. Some special effects. Very aggressive and tremendous grit. His ring generalship is outstanding. But sadly, his defense is not great and his chin and neck are pretty weak. But Amir has A LOT of heart. 💪

Docking points for pushing? Never seen that before. The ref must have been paid off or something? And two judges marking it 113-112 to Peterson, what fight were they watching? And why no rematch? Peterson tested positive to synthetic testosterone. Watch boxing for the boxing, follow boxing for the drama hahaha.
The ref was corrupt. He is the same referee who was officiating the tragic last fight of Prichard Colon!
if you really look at the pushing it's more like elbow use wich is just as hard and dangerous as a head butt on the side of eye brow.

Guys! In all honesty before you keep beating down on the referee. If khan was good enough that night over Lamont , Lamont would have been knocked out or out boxed like mad. So hush ✋🏽. (I watched that full fight few years ago and khan was doing some ridiculous pushing on opponent). Anyways.. to shut everyone up, i personally would have called this fight a “Draw”, As it was so close between them. Thereafter a rematch between the two would have been even more exciting to watch. He did beat Danny Garcia tho they gave it to Danny! KHAN almost got killed by Danny Garcia and Canelo and Prescott KOd Khan flat on his back! KHAN quit on Crawford ! Terrance gave him much punishment! Amir NOT seen in the ring no more! This was a good match! Lamont landed many good upper cuts just couldn't KO Khan. Very good exchanges all night! Why wasn’t this win overturned due to illegal use of steroids? Rarely have I seen this racist like treatment towards a fighter where the ref and the handling of the scorecards by a ‘brotha’ was clearly apart of the whole show and how was the fight not overturned after the drug use? This was home cooking by the referee and the whole show favouring their own kind! Clearly see and feel it!
