This song is a tribute to Cammy turning to M. Bison, actually she was turned to him rather, but at first her BF Fei Long does not recognize it, this song expresses his emotions towards Cammy turning away from him. M Bison has placed Cammy above all his other dolls because he realized that she was special and almost would have affected his heart if he had one. M Bison is my personal favorit, he managed to banish all what was emotional inside him and exchanged it to strive for superiority through the psycho power. So he came to a state were he realized he probably went too far, not capable anymore of being attached to any kind of warm feelings.
