Tools required:
• Wood router
• Hammer
• Lead dresser/lead beater
• Tape measure
• Scribe
• Paintbrush
• Scissors
• Silicone roller
Materials required:
• FlexiProof One Piece EPDM
• Lead flashing
• Aluminium clout nails
• FlexiProof 3 Inch Seam Tape
Things to be aware of:
• The prepared roof surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust and contaminants (bitumen, oil, etc).
• Always use a solvent-resistant paintbrush to apply FlexiProof EPDM Primer.
• Make sure the primer is touch dry and still tacky before applying FlexiProof 3 Inch Seam Tape.
• Use a silicone roller to apply pressure to (and fully activate) the seam tape for a strong and long-lasting bond.
