I wish this was still what feminism was about. Girls doing shit that only guys were able to do a year or more earlier and doing it good. Add in the 90s female lead vocalist band and it is beautiful. This is the kind of feminism I think anybody can get behind. I think a lot of feminists today would call Ed or Jamie pigs but I think Elissa would set them straight.
I was a teenager when this came out and the type of "girl power" my then gf talked about was much more profound than the "feminist" shit you see today.
