if the market is buying on the 4hr and breaks structure twice to the down side do I still consider that bullish or a new trend is forming?

It depends on the time frame your working on. If the 15 min shows a downtrend and I see that structure is an uptrend on the 4hr and the day. I’m going go with the higher hour market and get an entry on 15 min looking for a buy position
