This story deserves a movie.!!!
There is one, dumb and dumber.
This tells us that people who play it smart don't get caught.
In my opinion insider trading should be legal, the only consequence would be that Company Reports would have little impact on the market because speculators would have to wait/hold since they are almost certain that someone has access to the company report, the market would therefore achieve uncertainty, creating a fair ground
Spoken like someone who's benefited a lot from insider trading?
@@schukerD I mean it might be considered cheating at times but a lot of big corporations do this to outperform the rest. I got off my righteous high horse a long time ago and it's paid out plenty I promise you.
@@ramonfred So where do you get the opportunity or how do you get inside information about stocks and other financial markets?
@@kevincooper0 Klaus Cassius.
You can look klaus up. He has very close connections to the big whales in the United States. Even top SEC officials do insider trading, that's the part the public can never know about.
This stuff probably happens a lot, but goes undetected because most people who do this know how to cover their tracks. Imagine if he just mixed up his trades a bit, took some losses on news events here and there, and they used encrypted Tor messaging on top of a VPN service that was purchased through cash bought gift cards... And he only accessed it through public wifi.
Doesn’t matter they have their location on there phone also tor was created by government they caught sliky road founder why cant they catch you
One way or the other the wrong doer always get caught IF HE KEEPS REPEATING.
@@IbrahimHassanDayTrade a profitable trader isn't as criminal lmao if he made losses that's totally fine
But then the person would be suspicious by just getting nuff money 😅
Lol I know someone who insider trades. They are involved in the political sphere and have a similar setup to these guys
Very insightful video!
It's amazing how someone could be smart enough to make all that money but not smart enough to purposely go on a losing streak every now and again
Probably he didn't know that all traders lose as well and it was normal to keep making profits every now and then which is impossible for anyone tho
he was probably a perfectionist
You know you could work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting thousands of dollars in a meme coin and now they are multimillionaires.
Here's Hillary made up to 200,000$ trading a 1k$ account for 9months
@Pacome Ali Stay safe bro 💯
Your videos are different from others & always informative is one level up. Keeping making such videos. 👍
Thanks for the ideas bud
PS really like this format. Stories are just as good as strategies on the weekends.
Loved the story.
Dude was a certified dummy! If I were doing something like this, I'd be as off the radar as possible. 🤦🏾♂️
He gets a Darwin award
Everyone thinks they can be a smart criminal until they are not
That's always the mindset when you're out. Get in and you gon have a sudden change of mind.
@@SomPrince
Believe me some of us are way smarter than you think , If I didn't have a code to guide me , I would be a very successful criminal. But cheating in life to get ahead is not worth it for me.
I'd quit after a million and and at least switch to different brokerages
Yeah that’s crazy. I would’ve at lease had like a couple days losing streaks even if it were a couple hundred dollars but 100% win streak you’re asking to be caught.
Wao.. thank you for sharing this story, thank you
The world is a game. He just found the cheat code. Didn't activate when he forgot his phone. Lesson from this video. Never forget your burner phone.
Never forget your burner phone indeed 🤣
Great video, keep it up. 💙
Great vid.
I see nothing wrong here. He was a small fish. Being sanctimonious about it means lots of people dont understand this has been going on for a long time. He never sold a system , a course ,algo or signals to make money. The only crime here is never giving his bro a fair share.
that brokerage probably are used to to see their clients loose all their life savings and seeing a guy making millions was just a big shock to them
This retail trader gets jail time but the traders in Congress doesn't, HOW!
Nancy Pelosi...
@@felix3532 what about her
wow! Just WOW!! 🤯
Why would a broker be displeased at a client making money ? Would Pepperstone be betting against all clients expecting to make money by doing so, as most clients loose money ?
Absolutely he seized the opportunity available
Crazy story so many things they did wrong but could’ve got away with if they weren’t stupid
Therein lies the greed that kills most of us retail traders! There's no way the poor guy would've wanted to stop such a crazy "winning" streak
Poor guy wouldn't be the way to word it
All that money in such short time , best thing that I would do is buy and hold stock at that point
This would b a good movie
Wish they also held banks accountable from stealing as well
With Forex that information is somewhat irrelevant. I say so because it doesn't impact forex transactions like the way it impacts stocks. Insider trading in forex is almost impossible. The brokers can see all the account transactions even of large volumes placed right before news events. But it's hard to point out if this is insider trading cause you're not the only one doing it at that time. Others place buy stop orders or sell stop orders.
This account progress would be considered normal, more especially on an ECN account. Brokers make money from this and at most times even encourage it cause they also have their own ways of causing slippage and rigging so that you're stopped out even before you're in the trade.
Come to think of it big hedge hunds are the main culprits of such dealings and they get away with it.
Lol it's funny that it's okay/"not cheating" when the MM is doing it but a regular person does it and it's "cheating". Dude literally had the plug and should be applauded.. what he does with the money is different. But come on.. this is a rigged game against the retail trader, MMs literally profit billions off us everyday.
I believe he was so full of himself that he wanted that perfect trading record even if it was suspicious
That’s what every trader wants though_
@@chantellemodisane delusional traders think that , real traders just want to be profitable in the long run (long run meaning relative to their trading frequency)
Interesting....I would like to know what happened to them.
it is fair.....same to the bank and broker....broker can send information to bank information on ehat traders order
Even if you don't have inside info, the price goes up or down. If you go all in with a stop loss, or if you guess correctly, shouldn't you win more than you loose?
I''ve seen the market spike the other way or both ways on good numbers...not sure how you can profit even if you know the data numbers beforehand in Fx.
Usually a spike in both directions is due to mixed data. For example, on jobs numbers if employment change beats, but unemployment rate misses, it may cause a spike in both directions as markets scramble. If data is clearly a massive beat or massive miss, markets will in that case usually gap in that direction quickly. If you know there will be a very large miss or beat due to confidential info, you could make 100% winning trades. An example might be: they expect 100k new jobs created, and it comes out at 250k new jobs created, the market will strongly move.
Could have gotten away with it if he wasn't so greedy. Throw in some losing trades and don't just trade the economic news events.
To sum it up, does fundamental analysis have any merit? There's a theory that says that news from a company's financials doesn't always dictate the market's direction and could even go against it, based on what large investors decide to do.
I believe he didn't do anything wrong, he took advantage of what he had
You are a criminal as well as why would you see anything wrong with it.
I agree to him he just took signals. However he's not just taking signal he is obtaining the actual numbers before the public gets them. That is where the problem lies. He had an inside connection and that makes it unfair and illegal
Nah dude. I'm not a big follower of rules myself when it comes to trading (because screw the brokers) but this was a bit much.
I agree with you he's not cheating or he's wrong
Insider Trading isn't doing anything wrong?
Starting early is the best way of getting ahead to built wealth, Investment remains the priority, the stock market has plenty opportunities to earn a decent payout, with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market works.
Yes that's true
I got a serious question. The wags and wicks and liquidity grabs I honestly dont see how you could safely make money even with news a full 24 hours ahead. I am not a great trader. But cmon. They guy has got to be good too. Just entry and exits can be hard to do correctly.
What broker account do you use to trade on?
This guy needed to marry a speaker of the house lol...no charges required.
Just further proves the theory of the markets being controlled 🤫💯
Of course its controlled. By the big banks, hedge funds, and many other smaller groups of investors that are also quite big. You follow the trend of the big players, or get left behind. Cant think like a retailer trader anymore, change your mindset and learn institutional flow, to understand why.
@@keeffs lol that whole speech 🎤. I wasn’t asking I was pointing it out to anyone who doesn’t understand the markets are controlled.
@@thebrokenretailtrader3033 Whoever doesn't know that shouldn't be trading. They clearly don't know how this game works.
@@keeffs it’s controlled by Central banks not hedge funds dude
Ah my apologies, thought the major players in the markets were financial institutions like com banks, central banks, and hedge funds. I mean with more money a group has, the more they have the ability to push the price in their direction.
The real question is, why would the broker be bothered by their insane profitability ? Don't they make higher profits off of their large trades due to comissions ? It's not like they were losing money because of their profitability right ?
they are just not used to seeing someone win ever that much
raja Banks claim his first year as a trader he went from $700 to $70.000 in a year. no proof what so ever just he claiming it
2:30 this is one reason why unregulated brokers are cool. No flags! 😂
I don't think he cheated he just had a way of knowing what was going to happen before it happened. Forex is designed for traders not to make money...so I salute this guy. I would've done the same in his shoes.
Looks like someone needs a lesson on insider trading lol…
You win, most ignorant opinion on RUclips.
why r u even forex then
A little off topic but any opinions about the eth merge nick?
well. there is always a piece of privileged information. it's always been this way
Please, he deed this out childhood and I earnestly pray that, the country's government should give him the second chance by serious warning and forgiven🙏🙏🙏

Congratulations on your wedding.
I dont see the problem with placing winning trades and having a 100% win rate.
I don’t get it, at which part did he cheating?
Nice 1
Cheater will not prosper always they will be punished for what they did!!!!!
If I were him, I would just withdrawal my money and stay in low profile, 7million man that's a huge amount
I don't consider insider trading as unfair strategy
Im from Australia - had no idea monash uni was that prestigious ! haha!
@TraderNick
Politicians fo this all the time with first hand knowledge of the very policies they pass.
So I don’t get how regular people are cheating the system when your hood old senators are doing the same
Well, i started 2 weeks ago with $10. Im at $60 now. 75 trades, 3 losses, that i took on purpose. Trading AUD crosses, lol. Shhhhhhhh
Who cares, can you live off $50 profits 😂
@@fuethao8154 You failed to see his winning percentage. And his loses was even in purpose.
97% win rate. Sounds legit
Doesnt this make you wonder about the powers that be who does this but have immunity?
I heard that grandma nancy and uncle pelosi can help you with this
The matrix got him
Man how do I do this ??? Sick guy Rated man.

Aren't most of our US senators do this kind of things ? But they make laws to immune themselves from getting locked up.
Let the video finish buddy. I wanna know how it ended
He was lucky, he was just dum enough not to quit while he was ahead. As soon as I hit 2m, I would have been out. 😂😂.
Plus we all know the banks cheet everybody, but no one talks about it.
Ha ha
Sad part is...he could have done the same exact thing by just trading the news release when it happens instead of cheating
lol exactly..he was too greedy and wanted to squeeze every dollar, should've sacrificed a few pips or maybe made a few losses here and there 😂😂😂 boy dont know how to properly cheat
Not really. Most pip movement on news happens within minutes. Especially with fakeouts and misquotes, he will most likely not have made anywhere near that much money (every trader would be rich if it was that easy). But timing is the biggest reason why he probably wouldn't have beause there's no point having the info if you don't know when to enter and exit.
@@1murkeybadmayn according to the video he only go the releases 30 seconds early if he could predict the correct trade in that time he could probably have done it real-time too
Wow 🤯🤯🥶🥶
This can't be true. The MARKET doesnt always move in favour of the news.
Its true
Lukas Kamay is so handsome just like Nick, so handsome too..
If he wouldn't forget his phone he would not have been caught with evidence of insider news trading.... Right
He could have just taken small hits in between and i bet he would have been good
I dont see an issue with Insider trading. He played the hand he was dealt and made millions.
He/they probably didn’t know they were doing something wrong!
So the guy had a connection. That’s not cheating. Most of you guys would have done the same. In most cases in this world, you need to work smart. That’s what being smart and intelligent is about - simplifying adversity
“On the forex” ok dad
Remember kids, only those close to the fire get to earn money. Regulators are not allowed to snoop there.
Well that guy got caught because of greed
I still can't understand. This guys is cheating for insider trading right? Then what should we call The true 1st person who should get this info? Someone should have the 1st one that received this info for example goverment or brokerage. That info is secret document?
If this guys is cheating, what should we call the goverment or brokerage that execute a trade based on this info?
This is messed up
You'd think people making that amount of money illegally would be smart enough to be discreet about it. But no, they're usually loud as hell
He is smart
These brokers win 90 percent of the time according to statistics . And when you have 1 in million who makes perfects trades they get worried . Shady brokers
wouldnt that suck to have inside information and to only have a couple thousand to trade the event, lol!
The Power of Fundamentals 🤣
I just wish i could get inside info aswell eish
Just like in movies
This is crazy 😂😂😂😂
Is it illegal to trade the news (fundamental trading on forex)?. I am new, I do not know. He placed the orders, if it's illegal then they must block his order and not allow to go through...
ah insider trading, that is surely illegal (conflict of interest). it's in the contract, they would be sued....
I still don't know how he cheated though. How do you cheat trading? Did he hack the broker or something?
In a simply way, he know when the Australian Dollar will go up or down down to seconds.
Watch the video
but isn't it the same kind of thing the instatutions do to the retail trades, they know exactly where the market is going, cos they're the biggest players, so therefore always win their trades against retailers.
good luck to them i say. 😉
Institutions lose trades but not many of them. I looked at one institution and they won 300 trades and only lost 15.
@@jordanfauntleroy2013 And do high frecuency bots of institutions lose trades?
@@felipediban6874 I don't know nothing about bots bro 🤷🏿. I wouldn't know.
Institutions don't trade against retailers. They don't give a shit about us
@@drsgme69 So why the market direction goes against retailers?
Our greed never ends 😂
And yes I agree with others. This guy could easily have hidden this with losses. A 3 week low? Lol so what. Still dont see how he did it.
Anyone can access inside trading information on the dark web but it’s costs a fuck ton of money.
Didn't think about that lol
The foolish guy didn't able to control the excitement to show off
Never get high off your own supply
So are you saying if I am in a remote place in Africa doing inside trading I can still be caught
🤣🤣🤣
Should have stayed low key n moved to the Bahamas or something. It's a no brainer..I swear I don't get some people's thinking.
People who quit at the right time don't get caught, that's why we don't hear about them lol
All brokers are scams anyway he scammed the scammers lmao
