Your designs give me a ton of inspiration for castle design in my friends server! I went from a super tall bland stone brick cube to something actually visually cool! One thing I tried is building my towers as thicker at the bottom and getting thinner as you go up but more near the top thickening again!
I love watching this while building farms in minecraft, it reminds me of how I could be building a base rn but instead i'm focusing on dominating a server

Its actually a really good castle ( the original). It's simple, complete, resource-cheap, cute, easy to expand upon. Minecraft builds aren't all meant to be over-detailed hyper-modified, double-walled Van-Gogh paintings. Sometimes simplicity is perfection.
