  • In 1982, the 126C2 debuted as a development of the 126C, Ferrari's first unexploded turbo machine. The engine transmission was handled by Mauro Forghieri, who was the driving force behind Ferrari's horizontal 12-cylinder engine, and Harvey Postlethwaite, who designed the Wolf WR1 chassis.
A turbo engine with improved combustion efficiency and resistance and a monocoque made of aluminum honeycomb with a conventional tuber frame are used, and the side pontoon is a trendy ground effect, dramatically improving the combat power of the 126C2. He won the Constructors' title of the year.
