what is wet and dry seperation? and what is that grey like granuales which is washed by water and filed in ablack bucket ?
CP 822DW is copper cable chopping machine which separates copper and plastic skin. Normally copper cable chopping machine is classified in wet or dry type, but CP 822DW has two different systems in one line of machine to take more copper from cables.
First wires are processed by dry system and there will be copper remained, mixed with plastics. So plastics are flew to wet system of chopping line for second processing of water. There little remained copper is saved and separated from plastics. So grey one of plastics goes to left and copper to right.
This system is ideal for highest recovery of copper and will fasten returns against your investment in machine. This is first machine in this industry.

Yes there are many machine like this. But they are one of them, wet or dry type but not dry and wet two types in one machine. We have dry, wet and dry+wet system. The above video is for dry + wet mixed type.
