Great video! One thing I’ve been working on lately is my diet, though I feel that I could work on my sleep. I seem to be getting too much REM for some reason

I’ve had a fear of CTE because I feel like I’m symptomatic, but I’ve never played contact sports. I did however fall off my bike and chip my tooth and felt disoriented after. I was never diagnosed concussion at the time but after researching about it I feel like I could’ve had one. Is my risk for CTE high?

Your are just fear mongering, there are people who played more than 10 nfl sessions at professional level and had no cte. You come no way close.

I bet cerebrolysin after say a football game or mma fight etc, would eliminate cte. Just a theory that’s been going around on the internet.
