Sharing my thoughts about one of the newest Polène bags - the Numéro Dix/Number 10. I really enjoy using this bag and it is the one I wanted most out of the bags I purchased (and surprisingly, the most expensive at $440USD total 😔).
Overall, it's gorgeous but probably only good for those who don't carry much more than the essentials. While I still enjoy the bag, I personally wish the suede lining was finished better for the amount I paid.

Initially I wanted the all black version, but this stitching is drawing me in!
That was me, too! There was just something a lil different with the white contrast stitch, just gives a subtle “oomph”!

I wanted to buy this in the terracotta color. Your video is so detailed! I'm hesitant now because of the glue issue
That's a beautiful color, I'd love a bag in that shade (maybe a mini 😉)! I appreciate the sweet comment 💕 I will say that while the glue issue was easily noticeable for me, I haven't had problems with it so far. I just really wish it wasn't an issue to begin with though 😕

whoa I’m mindblown at the comparison at the end - I also have the nano and wanted something slightly bigger so I am considering the dix…but its capacity is less? 😮 really unexpected!
It's so hard to tell when looking online! Have you decided if you're going to get it? I will say though I think getting in and out of this bag on the fly is easier than the nano because of the zip opening
@@everydaycapture1705 My friends told me that Polene just opened a flagship in NYC, so I will try it on there the next time I visit! :) so glad I don't have to go all the way to Paris haha

It has two straps, so I think you could use the smaller one as a shoulder bag.
thanks so much for the detailed video! the suede interior edges not being firmly glued is somewhat alarming but hopefully that's just a one off thing for this batch. the construction of this bag looks so firm and i absolutely love the shape and stitching. i'm a sucker for moon shaped things. will use this video in my decision making. also how does the leather feel? is it friendly for those with long nails? worried i might scratch it accidentally.
No changes to the interior so far, it looks the same which is so much better than the adhesive peeling off! I would say that the leather isn’t delicate in that your nails scratching it would “ruin” the leather but you may faintly see some marks. So far I’ve been able to buff some out and they’re not noticeable but I’d say definitely go for the more pebbled leather if that’s not a look you’d enjoy. 😊

Nope, i don’t find it to be heavy at all! I sometimes carry a battery pack with me and the battery pack is much heavier than this bag. 💛
Great review! I’m leaning toward the black stitching versus the white. Seems to fit a decent amount. Has the opening loosened up over time?
Hi there! Thanks for your comment, hope I’m not too late! The opening has loosened up slightly (leather is a bit softer) but not by much. It’s been in my regular bag rotation so while I don’t use it everyday, I do use it often. Hope that helps! I think the black stitching (textured leather) might be a tad stiffer. Would love to know which one you end up choosing!

I actually think it’s surprisingly durable as far as smooth leather goes! The leather on the bottom 1/2 of the bag is more durable I’d say than the opening.
I haven’t been easy on it and it’s held up well so far for smooth leather. It’s not nearly as delicate as the smooth leather on my nano - that one scuffs easily and it’s more noticeable.

Love this! Does a (sun)glasses case fit in the numero 10?
Not sure what happened to my original comment but yes! I have a hard shell glasses case (rounded not boxy) and it fits well too. I also don’t have a problem with getting my Quay sunglasses case in and out of here or soft slip cases but it’s much easier if I’m using a card case vs a compact wallet 💜

un nano or dix?
I actually prefer the dix! It goes more with my everyday style and the zipper makes it easier to get in and out of. The numero un nano is a bit more femme and I tend to wear it only with certain outfits.
I wish your graphics were more legible. I found myself going back a few seconds the read the entire comment. A different color graphics or background. The light colored background didn’t help at all with the white.
