I was born in 1976, and same... labyrinth. Even though he was old enough to be my father, I still crushed on him. I saw him live in Chicago and joined his bowie.net fan club (back in the dial-up modem days). Miss him so.

Thanks for posting this. I had no idea whatsoever he was such a nice guy, lovely guy in fact, and a right sense of humour. I never ventured further than his music. I'll watch more as he made me laugh out loud with the Anthrax/ Friends anecdote...

though a bit tough to see the young david a bit lost in himself and not completely coherent,
past those years, he is a joy to see as he takes control of his life and and moves forward in his art.
Such a positive viewpoint. Lots of fun to watch! I do love seeing him smile, he really seems to appreciate his fans, and doesn't take them for granted.
His understated look when performing "China Girl" is one of my favorites of him. The conservative look is so attractive.
