Ah yes "Teamwork" that thing none of the Akatsuki did ever in their fights. That will really come in handy.
Itachi and that 7 swordsman had good teamwork. Deidara and sasori kinda did.
I wanted to see some really interesting teamwork between Nagato and Uchiha when they were resurrected, but kinda got blue balled on that
Teamwork doesn't just mean combo jutsu like a rasenshurikenamaterasu, Hidan and Kakuzu were a pretty good team which is why Shkkamaru planned to split them up. If they had left them together they might have lost the fight
@@fmrc93 To be fair to you since that is a good point. Yes they did have a good team work dynamic. That is true (You could also argue 7 paths of pain + Konan) The Majority weakness however of the Akatsuki is that these are all incredibly strong rogue missing-nin. Most of which had broken ties with or killed all those connected with them, so they all have this sort of solo self interested self invested mindset. They were put into 2 group cells but most Akatsuki Members operated solo. Usually with one Member fighting and the other standing back.
Which means either The other partner trusted that their partner engaged in combat had enough strength to prevail; That or they literally didn't care what happened to their partner. I'd assume the latter. (usually if you don't care remotely about the person you're working with you're not gonna have a great team when push comes to shuv no matter how skilled)
As far as I've seen this has usually been the case. Usually in cases where they were confronted or surrounded like in Itachi/Kisames case even then they didn't really coordinate a plan of escape. So in cases yes Hidan/Kakuzu and Itachi/Kisame make good teams based on their strength alone.. their threat comes from having to deal with what are essentially Close to or reaching (sometimes exceeding) Kage level combatants. In other words they didn't need great teamwork since they were all so individually strong. Against KSM2 Naruto tho... that's not gonna really work.
You compare Akatsuki's method of solo combat to even barely cohesive unit of Sakura and Chiyo balanced their techniques to complement each other, the 5 kage, Taka, Team 7 (and many more)

He knew it was coming, that's why he jumped in front of Hinata, but instead of doing the rotational defense and mildly injuring Hinata but saving all their lives in the end, he simply allowed it to go through him. Throughout the war arc there were scenes where Neji sensed a projectile and immediately did the rotational defense, it made no sense why he shouldn't have blocked it. If he had to die, he should have at least died in a honorable way, not that cheapass death.

HICY no im not. Naruto after the war and when he becomes hokage can beat all the atkatsuki members. But naruto before he mastered sage mode and had mastery control over 9 tails (basically before the war) can only beat some of the atkatsuki members. Keep in mind im referring to a one on one fight. I even think he is tactically very weak against deidera and sasori, who are very good long distance fighters (naruto had a big weakness against these types). In that particular fight if Itachi is not sick he would curbstomp them, even C4 and C0 of Deidara could be either avoided or just tanked with Susanoo with mirror shield, while Sasori is actually useless against Itachi.

Itatchi would have no problem putting him under genjutsu WITH the MS. As for sasori, a susanoo would deal with him easily without putting itachi at risk. I just don't think sasori has the firepower to Pierce the susanoo, much less the yata mirror. Just my opinion though

1. Deidara stated that Sasori was more powerful than him.
2. Kakuzu was killed by a rasen-shuriken, when Naruto had just learned it. Kisame fought Bee, who at the time was way stronger than Naruto, and almost won.
3. When Orochimaru tried to take Itachi's eyes, Itachi caught him in a genjutsu, so I doubt Orochimaru would beat him.

Plus the fact that when they did their final attacks, Naruto was in base using a plain Rasengan and Sasuke had his Sharingan out using an amaterasu enhanced Chidori. Sasuke, using this amped attack, dove off a cliff towards Naruto, who, fighting against gravity, jumped up at him and met the attack. Despite Sasukes advantages, they evened out.
This is not even taking into account that Naruto had his chakra stolen from Sasuke not even a minute beforehand. Sasuke was powered up and Naruto was running in empty.
Even from a narrative standpoint, there is no way to claim that they were equals at this point in the series.

I heard Tsukuyomi can affect Jinchurikis since it warps the experience of time for the target. It's not like the Tailed Beast can interrupt it instantly and 1 sec in Tsukuyomi = 3 days experience. In theory Naruto could lose to Itachi.

A picosecond is one trillionth of a second. So I don’t Kurama would be able to snap Naruto out of tsukuyomi. That said, I don’t think there is any reasonable chance for Itachi to actually catch Naruto in tsukuyomi.

Let’s be honest, the War Arc gave a gigantic middle finger to chakra reserves. Hardly anyone died from over-exertion (remember, Might Guy talked specifically about having to not exhaust both chakra and stamina, meaning that they’d die if they did.)
Everyone is constantly getting chakra regen from Naruto..... and when naruto gets low on chakra other ppl gets screen time lmao. Naruto’s shadow clones could basically one shot most of the akatsuki from the jump. Naruto’s rasenshuriken, we know for a fact, could vaporize most of them. His lightning fast speed also outclasses anything they could do so he could essentially do flicker technique rasengan barrage and that would be it. The only survivors I could see handling something of that level would be Pain, Obito and “maybe” Itachi. But once Naruto uses Kurama mode on them, it’s done
Instead of all that he could just pull a Madara and make 55 clones and ask "Do you want them to all have Kurama avatar?" and then absolutely destroy them with Bijuu Damas
