Lovely work! I haven’t read all the comments, so if this is a repeat, pardon me! You can take your craft knife or scissors and cut out that flower from the circle stamp. I promise you, the stamp will not care, but you get something more useful! TFS
Hi Judy! I don’t remember if anyone mentioned that. So thank you for the tip. I don’t know why I feel that I can’t alter my stamps to fit my needs. Lol! Definitely going to do that. My stamps will probably thank me later. :) Thanks so much for watching!
Hi Maggie. Although you can buy labels, this is so much more satisfying. I can sit and watch you fussy cut all day. It’s so relaxing 😅. The sound of cutting the paper is like ASMR. Love it. ❤
Hi Erika! Well I’m so glad you enjoyed it. I’ve heard my videos are some what like ASMR, so I’ll take that as a compliment. Thank you so much for watching
Lol!!! Terry, you had me laughing. That’s so sweet. Thank you so much. I’m so happy you liked my stamped sheet so much that you had to yell at the screen! Too funny! Thanks for making my day! 🤍
We love making our own labels like this. There's been a frenzy for a few years. Faux washi tape and distressed tape too. Have you seen those? Must haves for junk journals. 💡 I have Tim's large set of label stamps. They started cutting out the extra rubber in the center. Helps place them better. I'm going to do that with the 2 in field notes. Place a ruler over the stamp part and use a sharp blade to cut the center out. Thought I'd share. 😊
Hi! Faux washi I’ve seen but have yet to find a good video for the distressed tape. If you know of one please let me know. Cutting the center is an excellent idea. I’ve been wanting Tim’s label frame stamps. Hopefully I’ll get those soon. Thanks so much for the tip and thanks for watching 🤍Maggie
Playing cards...before glueing lightly sand the cards with a sanding sponge or emory board to rough up the surface so glue and paper will stick. Works on any shiny paper..magazine ..cards..etc
Make a foam stamp to fit that size you can't stamp Maggie. i put the foam outline when cut onto acrylic sheet to be see through. I love listening to you.
Not that I’m trying to encourage you to spend but I have my list of stamps I used in the description box of the Stamped Background video. 🤣🤣 Thanks for watching 🤍
So relaxing watching you stamp and fussy cut. I am suggesting a really good stamp pad. I love using Ranger’s in Jet Black. I’ve bought mine at Michael’s and JoAnn. Tfs
Hi Barbara! And welcome to my channel. I’m so glad you are enjoying my videos. That’s amazing! Yes Girl, I have plenty of videos to binge watch 😂 so keep going. Thanks so much for watching 🤍Maggie
Maggie I received my glue dangle it is beautiful I love it,and thank you for all the extra little goodies.I watch you make a couple of the emphera on your you tube channel.and I love them they will go in my own personal journal.❤
You could always cut the flower out inside of the circle stamp. I’ve done that to many labels and you can keep the inside and reinsert it on the acrylic block to stamp both images as one.
Hi Maggie! This is what I have been doing for paper collaged master boards, but I am going to try this with the stamped master board. Love how yours came out! Thank you so much for the inspiration! 😊
Love this!!! Gonna get started immediately!!! Can you tell me where you got your small scissors that you're using to cut the labels out with??? I really need a pair that size. Thanks 💕
#replay that little circle one with the flower in the middle of it, punch out a small circle, and adhere it to the flower while you stamp in the ink then remove the sticker, and there will be no ink on the flower portion.
Absolutely love this, I’m ordering even more stamp sets to try this! What kind of cardstock and weight are you using? Also any links or suggestions for finding the plain/clear label stamps also?
Hi Christine! I believe the weight of the cardstock is 65lb. The label stamps are from Globleland. Here are a couple of links: amzn.to/3GMsg48 amzn.to/3RyNxmW I hope this helps!
Hi Suzie, the Dapper stamp set is from Tim Holtz and you can find it either on Amazon or on JoAnns website. Here is the link to Amazon in case you’re interested: amzn.to/44aOxDH I hope this is the one you’re asking about. Let me know if it isn’t.
I am new to stamping for my scrapbook embellishing. I get so frustrated because I end up with ink everywhere. How the heck does yours not smear? Is it just me? Is it the ink I’m using?
Hi Kelly, I think it could be the ink you’re using. You might want to look into which inks dry quickly especially for this kind of project. I like using the Archival Ink in Jet Black. It dries very quickly. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching
Love this idea!!! I like the idea of making a copy of it before you start cutting!!!
Thanks Betty!

Did you hear me yell NOOOOOOO? I loved that full sheet so much and you stamped all over it and cut it up. Awwwww....☹😂😘

Try the flower inside the circle on a field of text or script . . . Or some other textured background.
That’s actually a really great idea. Layering the stamps. I’ll have to try that on my next one. Thanks Minka!

Hi Dorothy. I am so glad you like your dangle and your extra goodies. It was my pleasure preparing your order for you. 🤍
You could always cut the flower out inside of the circle stamp. I’ve done that to many labels and you can keep the inside and reinsert it on the acrylic block to stamp both images as one.
Hey Valerie, I was thinking the same thing. Not sure if I like that flower anyway. Lol
Thanks for watching 🤍

Hi Maggie just found your videos love them where are you from
Hi Lynne! I’m so glad you found my channel. I hope you continue to enjoy my content. Originally from Los Angeles, born and raised.
Absolutely love this, I’m ordering even more stamp sets to try this! What kind of cardstock and weight are you using? Also any links or suggestions for finding the plain/clear label stamps also?

Thanks I found a bunch on Amazon, so I ordered a few, very excited to try this! Thanks for all your help.
Maggie how long have you been making junk journals?
Hi Dorothy, I started about a year ago and still learning. 🤍
FYI, I was working with playing cards and nothing would stick so I used Fusion Mineral "ultra grip",
You can also lightly sand them down and I’ve noticed that helps a lot too. Thanks so much for watching!
Do you happen to know where I can find that Dapper Men stamp? I love that one but can’t seem to find it.
Hi Suzie, the Dapper stamp set is from Tim Holtz and you can find it either on Amazon or on JoAnns website. Here is the link to Amazon in case you’re interested:

I hope this is the one you’re asking about. Let me know if it isn’t.
@@SunsetCrafts oh thanks so much. I think I meant the Steampunk stamp set. I’m sorry I troubled you with the wrong name. 🥰
@suziescrapbook3574 No worries Suzie. I’m glad to help. It just so happens that there is a stamp set called Dapper. Too funny! :)
I am new to stamping for my scrapbook embellishing. I get so frustrated because I end up with ink everywhere. How the heck does yours not smear? Is it just me? Is it the ink I’m using?
