Deadly collision caught on cam, Chinese Ship Hits Filipino Vessel in South China Sea

Chinese Coast Guard again engaged in aggressive actions with Filipino vessel. The Chinese ship collided with Filipino vessel in South China sea. The actions were against a Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources vessel.
The vessel was on a humanitarian mission to provide Filipino fishermen with diesel, food. The Chinese Coast Guard's actions are described as illegal and aggressive.
