- Dwele's sick version of Freddie Hubbard's Red Clay featuring Roy Hargrove on trumpet. Recorded in London in 2005- you can tell by the audience that's back when he only had like a dozen fans- I saw him in Vegas in 2004 and there were literally 12 people at the show.
Dwele G no matter what he touches I love it. The real DETROIT PLAYA. Love from the DETROIT DIVA! Keep doing your thang sir!

Yes Mr. Gardner I recall a Nashville church I attended one Sunday, it was when I saw your Manager Red Clay or Roy on a Sunday. I was stunned, Bible study meeting. Hey May I meet him again soon. I even held his hands at a show of yours. It was exciting to meet this gentleman. Of course I still didn't get my Dwele albums autographed. LOL

I'm here because Roy is a genius and Freddie Hubbard was a genius. I thought surely Roy covering Red Clay would be genius multiplied to infinity...and here we are. Dwele is cool but would have loved to hear it without him as well.
Sorry but even with RH, this version is SO weak.
