  • A snippet on crankiness in the August heat from last week's live teaching call for my group...
    Notice when your crankiness is simply a response to the heat, or to a lack of sleep, movement, or s*x, and when it's got some content to it that's worth paying attention to.
    Often, it's just a byproduct of an irritated nervous system, in which case take care of yourself by taking care of your body, heart, and mind.
    And if you find it's about something you usually gloss over, take care of yourself there, too, and decide what actions to take to address it.

    you might be hungry as well. I notice i have relief from anxiety when I have a snack. releases endorphins.

      @@MarieElizabethMali pay your bills on time too. The anxiety level decreases with that off your back.
