@@archvile1313 lap 10, a Lamborghini smashed the tire barrier in eau rouge, and then was hit by two more cars up at raidillon. A four car crash, I dont believe there were any critical injuries, but I think the lambo driver went to the hospital with a couple of broken bones.

@@dimitrijensk2845 No, there was a FCY but for the longest time no one knew why. You were able to see the crash site from the #93 onboard plus some amateur films from top of Radillion later on. Very scary crash and thanks to incredible engineering no one died in that crash.
The final gamble and the sudden rain, followed by the chase for the 1st place, and finally they gave up fighting for 1st and just held 2nd. Action packed as usual, and the expected rain did come at the final moments. Thanks for another great racing weekend for another year. Thanks for the free coverage too.
Didn't even acknowledge the big 4 car crash, no footage either, having to rely on spectators povs is not up to the standard required. No fatalities or life threatening injuries, please can you tell me why there has been 0 coverage or even acknowledgement of the crash?
I wouldn't be surprised if they turned the camera's away as soon as it happened. Historically we all know what expect from a crash like that at that location. So it's possible they just don't have any footage to show. The no acknowledgement bit though, I can't tell you. I didn't even realize it happened until 8 hours later and I was watching the race at the time.
@@Cousinouf the cameras around the track will have picked it up, if not the broadcast cameras the CCTV will have got it. It's the broadcast director for the TV station/broadcaster (in this case) that decides what shot is being shown when. Why they didn't show it after the fact? I couldn't possibly know. But live right when it happened the director probably knows enough about those kinds of crashes at Eau Rouge to not have wanted any part of it.
Fantastic race, but PLEASE change the live highlights format, it took away more than 10 minutes of track action per every hour towards the end. I think for the hourly updates, it would be better to show just what happened in the last hour, and only do long highlights from the start at the 6th, 12th, and 18th hour for example.
@@williamford9564 I've seen those. Just don't understand why we're "not allowed" to see the official footage. I don't want to see the driver getting worked on or anything. Just would be nice to have an angle from a high quality camera.
make the highlights a bit more detailed pls. show us the crash in the beginning, show us when and why the lead mercedes (and all other cars) retired. show us how the race shaped over time. don't just skip from 19:00 hours to directly 7:00 hours
Maybe they will make an extended highlights version that is around 50 minutes long. I think they wanted it to shorten it as much as possible for this 1
Where's the big crash? Grosjean's fireball accident wasn't censored by F1. If someone doesn't want to see crashes (who wouldn't?), they don't have to look. Don't make decisions on our behalf GTWorld!

To be fair, we didnt know at the time if the drivers were ok, especially Jack Aitken. It was a 50/50 chance of him being alive or having another Hubert-like incident and they didnt risk it.

Wait, why are the 20min highlights playing? I thought you can only play them right as we're about to go to Green Flag with a bunched-up field after FCY....
We know everyone is relatively fine so why don’t you show us the crash? I don’t like how we are now being left in the dark whenever a big wreck happens in Motorsport. It’s important to show the drivers walking away.
