The Geological Society of Trinidad & Tobago (GSTT) continues our docuseries of interviews featuring TT-born Energy Legends!
In the fourth episode (and first of 2025) we sit with Mr. Eric A. Williams, former GSTT President, former Minister of Energy for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, and currently a globetrotting consultant.
Eric A. Williams shares his journey of national service and sacrifice in a transparent interview with host and current GSTT President David Gabriel. From his selfless return to bolster a fledgling local energy industry to his contributions in State office, we are honoured to bear witness to this legend's bittersweet trek across the intersection of politics and petroleum.
Join the GSTT as we explore the defining contributions of our Energy Legends, with a mind to refining as much knowledge, wisdom, and expertise as we can for the current and future waves of energy professionals. Our hope is that in capturing the legends' beginnings we can influence more legends in the making.

Mr. Eric A Williams has done so much for Energy in Trinidad and Tobago.... truly a visionary and leader in the advancement of our country internationally. I hope he is recommended for the country's highest award as we enjoy so much blessings as a country due to his leadership under God . .this interview was enlightening and inspiring..... this was just wow!!!!
