+ModerateWhovian Some of those crazy combos have crazy execution though thats hard to do in matches and is unsafe to setup if blocked. I'll take safe easy damage over flashy shit that will get you killed.

NuckleDu was always the more aggressive guile so he won in the mirror match most of the time lol.

Hard to believe that this is Dieminion. I have always been a fan of Nuckeldus aggressive Guile, but I don't think he could beat Dieminion that easy 5-0.
Looks like knuckledu has the better execution during play. Drops less combos, still good matches. Btw, doe anyone know how to properly use Guile's duck walk during matches?!? Seems like a useless move Capcom put in!

How in the world are they getting the charge moves off? At times they don't even crouch or back away. They get the charge moves off during a neutral stance. How... I play Guile and I have to back away constantly and crouch to do the moves they're doing with ease. Can anyone help?
As far as I know you can charge specials at any time including during other moves and while recovering. I haven't had the chance to play SFV yet but that is my guess.

I get upset when all of the top players I've seen so far give away pressure after Flash Kick lands. They'd be so much better if they just did some lab work on set ups since they've got all the fundamentals down. Meanwhile I can't react to tech a throw if my life depended on it.
All it takes is a simple dash meaty st.MP after any version of flash kick to make you +3 - +5 on block (based on your timing of the meaty), while also being +6 - +8 on counter hit (meaning you can even link to st.HP, cr.MP xx Flash Kick and do it all over again). This works on neutral rise the best, but on back rise you can either time it better on reaction or do meaty f+MK instead (counter hit gets you jab xx flash kick)
Yet you see both players getting away with jabbing on wake up after getting flash kicked.
I haven't had the chance to play SFV yet but good on you for knowing your frame data. That goes a long way.
If only I could react properly on defense and make proper decisions in neutral lol, the data has only gotten me as far as gold. But then again, I'm mostly in lobbies so that might be the reason.
this isnt the guile of old.. this game was made easier for kids. motions wise
Motions are relatively the same from other SF games it's just the combos are mad easy
What do you mean guile always had the easiest motions hold back for two sec press forward punch it's exactly the same here too

nope charge time is still the same with the same charge tricks since sf2.
