Sorry guys, i have him as a 7* and he is sooo underwhelming its not funny. For a summoner choice champ to be this low is terrible. He has none of the immunities that matter, he has to gain confidence to be able to increase his damage output (which takes a considerable amount of time to ramp). And even then he is still very underwhelming. We now know he is not getting a tune up, so maybe one you should leave on the shelf, unless it doesnt matter to you and yr just happy with his animations. In my opinion, leave him on the shelf.
We don't get the conclusion yet, i'm pretty sure he will get rebalance..
Last time Balace Update information in December was for Photon & Vox, next would be Gladiator & Iron Man..

Completely agree. I have him 7* too, white tiger and bullseye, by "losing" summoner's choice, will be much better than the winner. That sucks. However, we still don't really know if he will be buffed, but it would be a shame to remain sooo distant from white tiger, bullseye, but even from other top cosmic champs. Who doesn't have him can't understand how underwhelming he is. I didn't think it was that bad before pulling him.

Simula got Glad first and went nooooo. He then duped him with the third or fourth. And went whyyyyyyy.
They HAVE to know how unliked he is by community. I actually put him as worse since pyschoman at minimum.
Worse than VTD or Hawkeye. Completely useless as is. Will literally rarely to never be used by anyone.
To not buff him significantly, rebalance whatever you want to call it would get a gigantic F U to community.
Literally we don’t give an F but anyone using our product. Suck it summoners.
