Just added this to my 2023 RAv4 hybrid. Damn that was hard to snake the wire first through the side to push it to the small opening to the bottom and down the back. Not much space at all to play with there. Would have taken 5 minutes if there had been more space or accessible space, took almost 30. But done. Thanks for the video, i wondered how the thermostats came off.
Have to send the car stereo for a touchscreen repair. Found a place in Syracuse. But I might use a local shop to take it out. They do stereo and camera.
Have you replaced the 2 center HVAC vents for ones that close? I am looking for a video on swapping it. Maybe can just replace the switched by the triangle warning light?

No, is glued to the black part, you need to remove the entire console to separate that part
Do you have to replace the fuse to a higher amps to avoid overload ?
No, but if in the future your fuse let go, yes get a bigger one
Hey Solona, sorry for posting it here, but a quick question about your ebay brand fog kit installation. I bought the same product and installed it but I noticed that the switch light stays on even when the car is off. It is because the switch power wire is plugged into the battery. Any chance of this draining the battery if the car stays parked for many days without driving?

‘12V Car Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter Mini ATM APM Blade Fuse Holder’
Which worked great. Now I can charge stuff overnight if I want to. Thanks
Hey Bullet love your Rav4 videos. I've been watching your stuff since before I put my name on RAV4 hybrid 6month waiting list and always keep up with your vids.
I have to ask, I got this 3.0 usb charger and I got the dummy button out and everything out ready to get the wire through. But there is so much clutter behind the dummy button and trying to slide the wire down to the cigarette lighter has been impossible for me. Do you have any tips on how to get the wire through? I might be doing it wrong

I also noticed that this vehicle doesn't have the seat warmers button and the ambient light for the centre console. My car has all those wires in the way

It should work on any RAV4 with a blank in there
@@BulletSolano so if that blank spot is an auto stop/start on/off switch, you can’t swap it with a quick charge usb?
Probably but I don’t know if eliminating the stor stop button is gonna disable it
@@BulletSolano I gotcha. You’re able to turn the auto stop/start function on and off in the drivers displays. So it’s kind of redundant anyway. We never turn it off all the same and having. A quick charge usb would be so much more advantageous
