As a Rio Rancho alumni (class of 2011) I can't say I'm surprised with that score line lol. Cleveland been doing that since they started really. Not so much their first year in 2009 but in 2010 and on they've been pretty good. Thanks for coming out to Dee! Great to see a big time RUclipsr showing love to a state that gets none lol.

I went to CHS That team is a powerhouse in New Mexico has been for the last 10 years multiple undefeated seasons with state championship wins
And the Rio Rancho Rams are our Intown rivals Cleveland high school is on the western side of Rio Rancho so this was a huge game
Was so confused because another 6A NM team is CHS (Carlsbad high school) they not good at football but they baseball powerhouses.

Having been there, it was an interesting game, would have been much more even like the first match-up if Rio Rancho’s RB and LT didn’t get hurt the week before vs La Cueva (ribs and ankle respectively, both of whom played hurt). couldn’t get the #1 RB in the state going unfortunately, but props to Cleveland on a great season.
That’s what I like to see! Man out here just showing love to the sport he love and changing a kids life for the better.
