edit: Though closest i could find was "Nat Turner's slave rebellion" on wikipedia, though it is unlikely it is the guy in the video since he died in 1830s

I think some anime had those depictions too even if the lips didnt add up. Like Blood+ anime, James Ironside was the name of the character
