What is the " Fermentator " liquid being used ?
Due to aflatoxin poisoning risk,why not dry them and grind them to flour then make pellets in combination with other ingredients?
All the technique are considering to the major condition of middle low farmers here...with not sopported with complete and proper machine, even in early stage we introduce how to implementing maggot in fresh with commercial pellets.
Fast imolementing, no more process but we still can reduce feed production...
is there poisoning risk if it's already fermented?

do you clean the maggots before grinding? since they are grow on rotten substances. What you are giving for fermentation in the anaerobic chamber and the reason for fermentation?
Maggots are dirty themselves how would you clean

I guess fermentation helps with producing good bacteria which will help in things like better digestion and all that

imho.. they added some probiotics during fermentation process.. so that the pallettes will be better for the poultry or fish digestion system. you may skip the fermentation process if your poultry or fish already got enough probiotics in their diet.

what is going to be the shelf life after you transform that into pellets?
Can we just give these to chicken without any chicken feed. For an example for free range chickens in the morning this meal, and the whole day chicken are feeding on their own in the range.

@@derekdurst ..it's mean that the protein from rice mill become increased...and the most important thing is we can keep the pellets for long time period...i've tried...it's good..also it will help our cattle digestion more easily to absorb the protein from the pellets or you may say more good bacteria than the bad one...ofcourse the result is our cattle will be growing faster...👍👍👍

You did not make any good pellet; it looks more like noodles.
1. Finally you need to make it dry to touch and steam sterilize at 120-125C
2. You MUST always use gloves and face masks. If they get contaminated, you will be in a big mess.
3. Better to use steam drying rather than sun drying. After drying the moisture content should be less than 1-2%.
4. Try to collect husks left after milling pulses.
