Genuine Joe You are correct about it being the Riverwalk !!!! The couple are obviously Air Force personnel from Lackland Air Force Base.I was in the Army and did some training at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio and loved the Riverwalk !!!

Being a military spouse, female or male, is not always easy to do. Long deployments, long/strange work hours and maybe constant assignments plus other things can get to you after a while. It takes dedication to make the marriage survive.

I know everyone is entitled to their own personal opinion and I am not trying to start anything. Please do not be one sided, with "Black Women marry a Black man" comment. Black men are quick to marry someone outside the African American race far more than Black women do. Black men are the ones that crossed the color line first, meaning they started all of this interracial marrying among African Americans. So do not become alarmed that Black women went ahead and crossed the color line when they met a compatible partner to marry.
No woman of any color wants a man to procrastinate around when it comes to getting married within a reasonable time frame. I see this alot with Black men and Black women dating each other. The Black man would rather wait while dating 9-10 years or more before he proposes marriage, if the Black woman get a proposal. However, most Black men go ahead and marry someone who is not African American within a reasonable time frame. Usually their realationships does not consist of many years of cohabitating and hoping for a marriage proposal. Again everyone is entitled to say what he or she wants. All I am saying is look at this from a different perspective.
Men and women of any color can marry who their heart desires most, love is color blind dude you ain't got a say in their lives black women make their own decisions without the permission of black men.
