This is the FINALE to my Great Britain series where I started as England and quickly consolidated and scaled to becoming a powerful Great Britain monster. Our quest to conquer India continues as the British East India company expands and the empires of India such Hindustan and Mewar fall to the wayside. Meanwhile in Europe the alliance of the Polish Commonwealth and the Prussians is defeating power after power. Italians call for British aid and the British empire lands in the Italian Penisula. Can anyone possibly stop us in the Europa Universalis 4 Multiplayer game?

From looking at the files Parliamentary Republic (english parliament), should be able to get the draft no problem, you probably just got unlucky. But England has many unique parliament issues so you didn't get that unlucky.

If they are a player, they dev insanely cheap while being a republic with constant 6/6/6 and in late game field 1 million troops plus each while giving an insane amount of manpower and force limit to their overlord

Uhhhh ... Habibi, i dont wanna intrude, but if the worst part of Euiv mp are the sides people pick during the finale great war(s) then you (the multiplayer group) are doing great wars wrong, period.
There are many ways, such as coming up with an "are-you-allies-or-axis" equation, doing a instant run-off poll, or simply letting diplo take its toll. I would gander a look at the vic 2 great wars for an idea or two
