Man I miss the ocean, fishing, even just hanging out on the beach. Born and raised in Hawaii, lived on oahu, and the big island, i loved fishing. I recently moved to the mainland and having ocean withdrawals. Lol.
Nice fish. So glad to see a new video. Thought you were resided in Georgia. So Florida should be in a short drive from Georgia but so surprise don’t see your video in that region. Still Glad to see you post new video. Take Care.
I just opened this video and was thinking, man, those rough seas look familiar. When I saw the charter boat and Diamondhead, it came back to me and then you hear me talk about the beautiful sunrise on the radio. So epic bro! What a crazy blast! Stay awesome my friend!🤙🏼
Thanks for sharing, bad weather conditions, be safe, you change from bait hooks gamakatsu to circle now ? Do you choose your hook sizes depending on the bait sizes ? Hug to Charlie 💯💯💯👍
I want to go fishing so bad lol I'm putting new engines on my boat but there is a year wait for it so me and my brother decided to tear the whole boat apart extend it and rebuild it
The Squall seems like it can handle the big fish with ease but wondering why you're not using the two speed version. Is it cost or is the single speed more reliable?
...'realistically if you're in a kayak you shouldn't be out in these conditions'... I can see what you're saying, but it's easier to learn this lesson from watching someone else. I've been out in worse conditions, but I try not to do that anymore. Turtling in big and fast ocean swell with all the fishing gear tethered on, would be a mess to deal with, if not worse! I enjoy your clips, keep'em coming.
Forecast was variable at 5 mph for the entire day. I have been known to sent it, but this wasn’t the time. I was heading in when I hooked the king. It took 2.5 hours to get in from 5 miles out and by then the wind was back to less than 10 mph 🤷♂️
Caught the other one heading in, but you’ve definitely got a point. Now that I have a son years after this trip I would have probably turned around sooner
Omg I am so glad you’re back on the water I love your videos and I got everybody watching everybody’s been waiting
Good to see you
You are the best

Nice to see you after long time.
I was feeling queasy watching this video! Dude you rock.
I'm going kayaking...and fishing...in rough weather...by myself...for tuna and I'm filming it, and changing camera angles.
I love this plan!
amazing fishing.. the strike is really cool
Nice fish.
So glad to see a new video.

Haha I didn’t film any Georgia videos. Barley went fishing in the last 2 years, just a hand full of trips to Florida
Glad to see another video that quick! That are the conditions when I finally can go fishing, a few flips under my belt 😅🤣
Cool bro! I dig you are so close to town.
Nice Dan! The wild Wild South looked crazy there my man 😂😂
It's about time to see your crazy ass back out there doing what you truly love. Welcome back!
Nice! Partner Rob likes the rough water.
Dan you back in Hawaii for good? Great vid as usual 🤙🏼
Crazy swell! Great vid!
Awesome video! I need to get to Hawaii! Got a link for that knife on your pfd?
Good to see you back on brother. Seeing you coming through the H3 is making me miss home. Leaving in July for Vegas. Hope all is well brother. 🤙🏽🤙🏽
you should do a video on your live bait rigs!!

Oh bro! That was a serious pucker factor day lol
Nice Dan.
Parabéns, São muitos legais os seus vídeos, eu também tenho um Kaiaque e gosto muito de pescar aqui no Brasil, feliz pescaria pra você.
Happy for you being back in Hawaii
These are still old Hawaii videos. Moving to Texas next, 2 hour drive to the Gulf of Mexico
@@FlyingFish_TV heck yea!! I’m Texan, can’t say the gulf will be anything like Hawaii but the rest of Texas is awesome.
Amazing bro!!
good fun good eats mahalo4sharing
Man I really love your videos
Thanks Jeff! I’ll try to keep them coming
Great video nice fish too😁
This is all old content that you are showing right? Great stuff
Big F'n swell bro. Sketch city! LOVE IT! LOL
Great video Dan!
The surging sea of course must have enough guts to fish here
little Jack just got back on island hoping to get out there soon
Thats awesome Jack. I wish I could fish with you guys again
And i thought I was a bad ass in my PA. Yet here you are in a small Revo. SMH. Miss your vids, Dan! Hope all is well!
If it looks rough on a GoPro video, you know it was rough! Those things usually make rough water look like a lake
Just like old times. Are you back?
That's fairly unusual for the leeward side. That's Honolulu right?
Thanks for sharing, bad weather conditions, be safe, you change from bait hooks gamakatsu to circle now ? Do you choose your hook sizes depending on the bait sizes ?
Hug to Charlie 💯💯💯👍
It’s not fun in those conditions, but it’s always productive.
Greetings, I'm a fan of your channel but I've always wondered what you use to catch the bait
You guys are nuts 😂
Lol
It’s summer time. More fish on hook
Good boy
You back on island or still going thru your archive of videos?
Old videos. Moving to San Antonio next
How far off of the shore were you? Didn't look very far.
Eh he’s back
Yeah, if gopro is picking it up its really rough. Be careful out there man.
Dude I love your videos but this time you took a big chance brother be careful I look forward to your other video.
I want to go fishing so bad lol I'm putting new engines on my boat but there is a year wait for it so me and my brother decided to tear the whole boat apart extend it and rebuild it
Just get a kayak
The Squall seems like it can handle the big fish with ease but wondering why you're not using the two speed version. Is it cost or is the single speed more reliable?
I never liked the squall to be honest
Do you think a Hobie pro angler 14 is good for Hawaiian waters?
If you think you can manage moving it around and setting it up you should be fine.
@@FlyingFish_TV Thanks for the reply.
That was some narly swells. We both know those GoPros don’t it any justice
...'realistically if you're in a kayak you shouldn't be out in these conditions'...

Do sharks ever come around after you bleed a fish
They will eventually show up. The fish panicking in the water is what really brings them in
Is that rod an ugly stick
I pray brother, you’ll consider outriggers, for peace of mind and safety. 🙏🏻
That kinda water would've been a little nicer in a pro angler 14.
Looks a bit rough I start thinking about family not the fish. Already caught one. Why push your luck.
Caught the other one heading in, but you’ve definitely got a point. Now that I have a son years after this trip I would have probably turned around sooner
You are shark food. Stay home
