How do we balance attacking and being rotating the strike in a match I often find myself either just nudging the ball around and not scoring quickly enough or just hitting there’s no mixture of it. How can I develop my game in a more balanced way?

My top elbow physically can't stay high past a forward defensive. Will always rock to the side. Wish I had that flexibility XD
