Brother man let me give you the easiest method. Get rl friends who play fighters with the same level of experience (cause its fun and for some reason you progress becomes steady) and trust me you'll learn very quickly. Not everything should be learned by getting tossed to the wolves.

The speed is what makes it fun and entertaining to watch, it being 6 frames and slow is what makes watching SF5 so boring in my opinion. Playing SF5 is fun but watching it is pretty boring.
