Our trip was cancelled due to Covid from UK and we were so looking forward to going up here! Silver lining being the new Summit Observation deck should be open when we get go re book.. Did you go up twice?
@@davidkeenan1275 I've been there once at night. I need to go on day time. It's open. If you have got money and time you can go to Spanish country for example: Dominican Republic or Mexico for 2 weeks, then you can fly to US any state.

Oh yes, very cold and windy. I had to go into the building few times to warm up. December 7 may be OK, January and February is worse.
