If you have blobs for iOS 14.4.1 only then only you can downgrade to 14.4.1. You can downgrade to any ios 14 versions provided you have blobs for. Hope this helps
This is because you might be using a WRONG BLOB. it did set the nonce from the blob but you are using a WRONG BLOB for the firmware you want to restore to. Check again.
