What up man. That was a great day of fishing. It was great to meet you man. Hes not lying folks hes a cool guy. Anyway happy fishing me. Catch u on the next one. ✌️
Are you off the Bush Hy Bridge ? Born here and 66 yrs old. Never fished the SALT. My uncle worked for AFAG when I was a kid. Lived in the homes by the Damn. Long story
Still haven't froze over yet so still fishing trout. Everybody still using the usual stuff. So i changed to Rapala floating minnow. The F5 and F7. They are tearing them up. While everyone else is slow. Might try them see if it works for you. Be blessed. My friend.
Trouting in Squatch country, can’t be much better. I know you heard the tree nocks and saw the trees being shaken across from you. They are not happy with people taking a food source. Waiting for your next encounter. Thanks for sharing.
In Texas they call that "potlicking". Clearly he saw you catch a fish and decided the best way to catch one himself is to park right on top of the place he saw you catch it. Did it work? Hmmm... 😅
What app do you use or what app do you think I can use to put my videos together into one video? Plus I caught three nice rainbow trout this morning at mansel carter oasis.
Nice. I used to live in Mesa, near Broadway and Higley. So I know where you are exactly. I honestly never even knew there were enough fish in the Salt river to bother trying to catch.
that and the parking lot entrance by PIR are the most packed parts of the rivers i’ve ever been to. complete other sides but the fishing is great until it’s not lol
I live in the area and was thinking about kayak fishing. Would that help to avoid the crowds? Is there enough water and space or is it very low in the winter?

What Bro!!! You know, I wish people fishing out there with others present would not lose the proper Etiquette of space when fishing! They know they are Invading other people space and they still persist!!! Good video bro!!
I was there yesterday morning and didn't catch a single one in that general area and walked all the way down... although i saw fish they just didn't bite...
Went there with the Knot Twins in early November. It started out awesome. Just us, a couple of friends & about 6 other anglers. At 7:30 I counted 41 anglers just on the other side of the bridge your at. Ridiculous bro. No respect or etiquette what so ever. I don't even know why they put a limit on them. Seen people walking to their cars with stringers full. About 10 years ago people used to laugh at us because they thought we were crazy & didn't believe that there was trout in there. SMH!!!
That's why I never do videos of places that don't want crowded. Check your views on your last video there you'll see why stuff like this is good and bad. Great for your clicks. Bad for the fishery.
@@TroutWest There's no video of the Salt that increases pressure. The amount of people who watch the videos who go there are a tint fraction of the people who were already going to go there.

The Salt might be crowded but it you hit the right spots you can get your limit and be out in an hour - nice video - good fishing - catch you later🎣👍👊

Excellent captures and very good videos, greetings ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🎣🎣🎣🎣
Small presentations work well on farm fresh fish. Pellets are what they are waiting for.😂
Planning to go tomorrow. What time did you start fishing?

That guy @15:10 who camped right next to you.. what an a$$!!!
I gotta knock that spot off my AZ list. I wanna see the horses‼️‼️

Are they biting on spinners or bait?
@@adanflores4523 I caught them on chartreuse color, garlic power bait but I’m sure they can bite spinners as well.

I am planning to fish there this week but I don’t know where that bridge is? Do you what the bridge name is please

Damn, I was thinking of going tomorrow am! Have not had any luck lately and need to break the skunk lmao.
At Gilbert. BIG TROUT! 1.5 lbs to 3.5 lbs. I know cuz I weighed them. I wasn't lucky enough to catch a big one.
Love AZ but Cali has so many lakes, rivers, streams to fish
Awesome video, I've never caught a trout.
Go to Silverbell lake in Tucson AZ
What is the name of the bridge
I was there two weeks ago. Way too many people and the flow from the dam isn’t enough
That’s why I go on like a Wednesday 😂
Catch trout ONLY using garden vegetables! You want a challenge!
It’s like the only river in Az/phx 😂
Wonder what that old grumpy fly fisherman guy is up to these days....
I have never been to the salt river

Dont you just hate fishing around a bunch of people lol
How you doing fish master?
How about targeting crappie in a video?
I get that all the time bro no respect
Salt river is the worst and the best at the same time

Too late, that’s has been a crowded spot since the 70s.
@@TroutWest There's no video of the Salt that increases pressure. The amount of people who watch the videos who go there are a tint fraction of the people who were already going to go there.
Dumbest opinion ever, salt has been over crowded for years before mark lmao
I was the 128th like
You must be new here
