Charles Dance, best wildlife documentary narrator I have heard so far.
THE BEST SERIES OF AFRICAN WILDLIFE EVER WITH THE BEST NARRATOR OF ALL TIME!!!!! SAVAGE KINGDOM #1 LEGENDARY
I LOVE the wild dogs!.., Out of ALL the wild animals, they take care of their own in every possible way! .., They truly love ALL of their clan members and take care of each and every one, it is in the DNA, unlike OTHER wild animals !!!
"HATED by EVERYONE,
just for being ALIVE,"
legendary and savage 🙌
More like useless. They kill innocent lion cubs and are too lazy to even hunt .
@@bettykwong3369I totally agree lions are useless and lazy
These cinematographers have patience of steel and stealth and with a narrator whose voice is the cherry on top! Simply incredible footage!
Agreed! None of this would be possible without our amazing crew!
Sekekama is a true warrior / soldier indeed! This lion is no joke. None of these hyenas are going to try anything crazy around him and his pride. He has full dominance and control wherever he's at. Hope he lasts a good long time.
Zelika will win the kingdom.
@@caraodoherty5940 hyenas cant overpower a lion pride with a king
Seke kama nothing goes past him . He omnipresent . He watches everything . Zelika should be very careful she is playing with fire
Second Karma is terrifying. His presence is legendary. Playing with him too much will be instant karma for them
Hes also bi polar and a bully to his family..a stupid lion.
Perfect balance between the sounds of savage predators, dramatic music and well written spoken narration. Love the Savage Kingdom 🦁
We love our Savage Kingdom fans! Thanks for being here!
@@NatGeoWild You're doing a good job of making your brand tacky.
@@nonenoneonenonenone no youre doing a good job of making youself look bad
@@NatGeoWild I've generally been a loyal fan of Nat Geo but maybe you could have your narrator(s) tone down the drama just a bit. Charles Dance has a great voice for narrating and I liked him in Game Of Thrones, I just think the drama in the storytelling, is a bit overdone. Actors act, I understand.
The animals and the story is dramatic enough, IMHO. Just a hopefully helpful suggestion from a fan of Africa's wildlife. Thanks 😃
Yes, indeed. This is nature cinematography in perfection
Savage Kingdom…never disappoints. Love this series.
Ikr
Doubt the hyena does much planning . this would require a train of thought.
We love our Savage Kingdom fans!
I use SK to fall asleep to.
Dance's calm voice...works great.
I think I know all the episodes by heart.
@@darrinwebber4077 haha, now that you mentioned it, I do the same thing. Watching sitting on my recliner, I also doze off to his voice. Haha
Charles Dance is far from the usual, his narrations make you feel as though you are watching a Hollywood blockbuster. I always enjoy watching his excellent works!
Being that Charles Dance is a narrator, I am curious as to how you can enjoy watching what he says???
@Carlos Silva when you watch a show that a narrator is apart of, you are watching his works.
I never cared for the narrator of Savage Kingdom and I really hate when he talks to the animals like they can hear him! Of course, this is all written for him but it still gets on my nerves. 😬
Every other video I watch about a Pride includes Sakakama…..
I love how they basically show the same sequences but from a different point of view. Love this series.
the best ive watch it 5 times zalika

Yes love these! ♥️💜
Hyena: *Breathes*
Narrator: "The queen is about to take over the whole kingdom"
😂
Savage Kingdom has left me absolutely astonished with its raw portrayal of the wild world's drama and intensity. Nature's ferocity is truly mesmerizing!
The life of the wild has always been interesting to me, the communication and strategic planning is amazing.
The ability to withstand extremes and maintain balance within nature blows me away too. It's a shame humans couldn't do the same. Well...they could...we just obliterated the indigenous cultures across the globe that had near perfected the art
I love the Savage Kingdom. The visuals are breathtaking and the narrator is the best I've ever heard. Perfect cadence all wrapped up. Thank you so much for sharing the Wild!!! ❤
Ty that was GREAT!!!!!
Always feel like im watching Scar from Lion King is tellin me stories of the African Plains. His voice got that dark mysterious power hold to it.
The Last Lioness is narrated by the guy who voices scar.
THE MIGHTY MARSH PRIDE ~ SEKEKAMA (King) MATSUMI (Queen) SEKETI, BLONDIE, PRETTY BOY, SEKOTI (Pre-Kings), (Aunts, cousins) AND CUBS
This is a classic, legendary series ever made on NGW. THE BEST OF THE BEST, EVER!!!!!
34:35 ~ That is an Awesome scene of Sekekama & Matsumi
My favorite lion documentary ever is "the last lioness". It's narrated by uncle scar.
This Savage Kingdom series is fantastic. Lion documentaries are superior to all!
You've obviously never seen a boxing documentary haha. This is really cool stuff, a lot of things you can't just walk out your front door and see for some people

The narration, the amazing shots, the music! This is a masterpiece!
I wholeheartedly agree!!

Charles Dance
Finally no paid actors
Love this Narrators voice, inflections, pauses and tone
I love this narrative documentary.
NatGeo been hunting for this for quite a while. Great cinematography by the team to showcase my dear Botswana in such powerful and inspiring way and Charles Dance narration ties everything into a full package. Thank you so much for bringing the savuti plains into the silver screen.
Thought it was morgan freeman narrating ?
@@nickyscarfo1 It's definitely not. It's Charles Dance.

I really appreciate the camera crew who put their life on the line for our knowledge and entertainment
“Hold your ground princess..”
“The defiant princess does not know when to run; her reign will never come”
Lol I’m savagely confused
What I love is the determinantly hostile faces of each predator towards each other.
Yup,props to the leopard chasing a lone hyena off her kill, lone beast!
The anthropomorphism of this series is out of control. These beasts do not think like humans.
“Lions don’t concern themselves with the opinion of the sheep” - the narrarator got one time in his career
Amazing savage army! The way to survive in the wild. Amazing creatures
I never thought there’ll be a day when wild dogs actually kill a hyena. After eons of fighting, the African wild dogs had finally got their revenge.
@Avery Wilson and sadly she will not inherited her mother’s fortune.
I dont think they killed her....They just maraud her.
@@rafaelsolorzano700true but even so as far as we concerned, she is dead since she hasn’t appeared in any episodes after this.
1. That was a very YOUNG hyena.
2. It is very unliekly that she actually died.
To those who objected, know that whether she dead or not makes no difference. The bottom line is that the african wild dogs had not only defend their pups and defeated the princess but they also chased off all the hyenas. Thereby this is an ample victory for the wild dogs and its their greatest revenge against these scavengers after eons of fighting them.
20:57 the scene with the leopard dragging it up that low tree a d the lion taking it with the hyenas/wild dogs there was the exact same scene from one of the last videos of Savage Kingdom I watched. I thought this was new. Are we watching the same documentary just from the different animals perspective? Cause I already watched the one from the Lions from the North
Yea gotta b I said the same
I kinda figured that
Yeah..Lots of scenes made from different documentaries, with different narration. Great episode nonetheless!
No hyenas are taking anything from lions, especially when mature males are present period
It depends on the numbers. A group of 8 hyenas can kill a single mature male if they are set on it.
Hyenas are like ants...they need to be delt with
@@christopherwilliams7905 , Amateur female you mean. They would run from a mature male that’s a fact buddy there is no arguing it. They do not have the courage and the mail would crush them. I’ve seen packs of 30+ hyenas run for their lives as soon as one mature mail shows up. So I’m not really sure what you’re trying to say
@@airprok8328 it's male not mail but I'm sure 30 hyenas would run from one lion because you say you've seen that
@@coryb8432 I said i use talk to text and what it writes down is wrong a lot. Don’t step up into an area you don’t know, you are making yourself sound like a fool buddy. Yes, that is correct, I have seen it and it was amazing. Here is a good rule of thumb for you, and we’re talking adults… it will usually take 10 hyenas to chase 1 female, but when it comes to males, do some actual research and you will see exactly what I’m talking about. The spartina of spring makes killed 60% of the hyena population at the to the point that the rangers were thinking about intervening. Not sure how they would have done that. Research it bro, there is plenty of evidence out there. There is 0 chance 8 hyenas kill a full mature male lion because they would number 1, be running for their own lives.
I can't wait until new episodes start
8:55 omg cutest lil set of cubs I've seen in a line at once. Wow
Outstanding!! The editing is extraordinary!! It feels directed, like a movie. Such suspense. Such drama and narrated perfectly too! I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think it is fantastic, just faaanntastic!!
These are beautifully shot. I just wish the director/editor wouldn't feel the need to add the Jason Bourne style quick zooms and associated sound effects. Just let the amazing video speak for itself.
It's amazing how a male lion in the pride makes all the difference.

Why is that amazing they are much bigger
One wrong move and he always becomes meat for the Hyena clan
24:59 those lions are stuffed. Been feeding for days probably. Won't be hard to take that kill.
I also love the vultures. No sir the lions aren't weak they are full. Look at those bellies.
Wish this was on Disney plus by far my favourite nat Geo program
The pride was definitely done eating the hyenas did not beat them lol
Ahhh I just love these!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Keep them coming.
The social life of lions and their behavior in lion society is one of the most interesting topics in biology
Within a 10 minutes time frame narrator says the pride is week and it is the hyenas turn and right after says they have no choice but to leave because of the Marsh pride nobody takes over the Marsh pride ever
They said the pride was weak because the male lions were not there. Then they came back so...
We all know who the hyena killer was he who breathes with fire
These camera angles are just on another level. Very impressed.
Thank out so much for these fantastic documentaries. I always take time off to watch whatever lives in the wild kingdom, nature is unique.
Best intro ever, got me super hyped up!!!!
these free documentries of savage is a trully gift
Dogs don't normally steal, it was because they hate Leppards they stole that
Best series ever!! Thank you.
WOW this was superb. Intense indeed!!
I just love Africa and all It's wonders...Would love to visit someday maybe when i hitbthe lottory but i need to start playing first...Amazing docu!!
It doesn't matter if the dogs kill the hyena princess, they will keep coming back. They’re like boomerangs. Scavenger boomerangs.
SO EXCITING 🙏🥰🙏
SAVAGE KINGDOM 👉💯💯💯 THE BEST
Yes please keep these coming!!!!
I have a profound respect for the hyenas after watching Kevin Richardson. They are amazing animals. Very smart unlike the vast misconception.
Where is Kevin Richardson program??
They can count too supposedly. Another misconception is that they're scavengers, they kill all like 90% of their diet on their own.
KING HAS RETURNED 🍴
I am addicted to savage kingdom series ❤️❤️❤️
35:03 Don't you see sakacoma ,"hez watching" got me dead lol
There is never a shift of power between lions and hyenas when male lions are around.
I would definitely go to the theater to see some of these documentaries
as soon as i heard the narrator i recognized his voice immediately- none other than Tywin Lannister. he makes a great narrator for this series
So cute those sounds. Hyenas heart melted at ur ❤ loving and kind touch

Thank you for another great video!
Excellent video of savage wildlife.
The barbarian kingdom is a great combination from the script, images, and sound to create a very good video. 15:51 image looks amazing
The wild life is beautiful every second because you don't know how tomorrow will be, or even how next seconds will be. Survival is the most beautiful.
The Savage kingdom is the best !
The narration is awesome, it brings life to this series
Yes they do there are videos where lions and hyenas and leopards and the hyenas have eaten together. The hyenas can rise and they will also fall.
Hyena have never been my favorite in Animal Kingdom, in fact it the animal I despised in Animal Kingdom for it killing without mercy, but here I was impressed how Zalika survived to build her own Army. I am impressed. The guy is truly a badass.
She*** is truly a badass
They all kill without any thought. Only crazy occasions where like a lion tries to care for a baby herbivore.
Once 3:54 again national Geographic is the very best watch. Their narration, back ground music, and video
s are simply put "THE VERY BEST"
Hyenas are truly underrated
I can watch the LION KINGDOMS ALL DAY!!!!!
Savage kingdom is the best high quality documentary in all time the way he speaks the sound the music this is way u call a Master piece
As long as it shows them eating things alive I'm SAVAGE
Love National Geographic
The second of a calm sense flows over you, and then “AWEÆEYAH”
Amazing series...the cinematography is just stunning. Bravo!
nice keep dropping them savage episodes
Thank you for showing us all How the animals Eat and Capture each other.
The lions were full so they left. They were not beaten.
The way this series is structured, the narration, the video and cinematography...it's captivating.
Though I wonder, maybe its just me but, in-between the narration, does anyone hear/or make up dialogue in their heads of what the different animals are doing?
Narrator: "This is not about food, this is revolution...tear them apart"
Queen Zalika: "Sisters, my daughter is gone. There is no king here. This is our last chance, take these arrogant ones down. ATTACK"
Marsh Pride Lion 1: "Stop them from taking our food!"
Marsh Pride Lion 2: "We cannot defend! There's too many of them. Retreat, RETREAT"
Marsh Pride Lion 3: "Leave the kill! Run! Use the trees if you have to!"
Maybe it's just me that thinks of this kind of dialogue.
Also, for me, when the Princess lost, I did cry
I’m looking for a missing piglet. About this tall and this..Nevermind.
Tea anyone?
Wild Kingdom. What a wonderful presentation from National Geographic. So much creativity here. What an amazing diversity of life.
😘
🐾ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS ❤
Wow sarkana scene lol careful zalinka he's watching 🥺 😂 eeeeeeek!
Everytime I see Hyhenas in videos their stomachs are massive, they seriously look like their stomach is bound to explode. I've never witnessed a skinny one yet.
Tizz they Dizz...
We need more lion documentary
Did he refer to the predators as murderers? I find that very interesting and funny. Imagine if you had to kill to eat.
I will say Best hunters 🦁
There’s a lot of dramatic and non scientific narration going on in this documentary, almost like you’re watching game of thrones 😂
This is a high quality show regardless
Hmmm, they can show a few lionesses chasing a warthog and killing one for example, but yet they DON'T show how the pack of wild dogs chased and killed that hyena....REALLY?¿? A bit absurd imo.
I think because the wild dogs do it in a more brutal way , they basically eat their victims alive
@@brettpilkington9539 Ok
It's more a Fake news of Nature geo
@@brettpilkington9539eah, lioness just bite you until u can’t move…
